Files you process through our tools remain your property. We claim no rights over any content you upload or generate using our platform.

4. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our tools are provided "as is" without any warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that our tools will be error-free, uninterrupted, or meet your specific requirements. Use our tools at your own risk and always keep backup copies of important files.

5. Limitation of Liability

We Make Better shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our platform, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or business interruption.

6. Agency Services

Agency services provided by We Make Better are governed by separate service agreements entered into between We Make Better and each client. These Terms of Service apply to the free tools platform only.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India.
